RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy:

15-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from morenaswim.com for a refund or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.

Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, with all original tags still attached. It should be in its original packaging (including gifts).

Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final.
