2. Sun is life, but protection is ESSENTIAL

• Always use sunscreen with at least SPF 30, made with NATURAL, fragrance-free ingredients. Build a healthy relationship with sunlight—you don’t need to stay out all day. Be mindful of the times when UVB rays are strongest. Use wisdom when enjoying the sun. I’m fascinated by it, but I take good care by exposing myself gradually.
